To celebrate the launch of its new flavours, Extrême invited consumers in Switzerland and France to discover the brand in a completely new way – through an immersive Gaming Pop-up Experience.
The concept transformed central city locations into vibrant retro arcades, combining neon lights, music and interactive elements to create a playful, multisensory brand world. Visitors could sample the new Raspberry & Brownie and Blueberry & Cream flavours free of charge, while exploring gaming stations, a dance floor and a photo booth.
From Taste to Experience
The campaign was designed to engage a younger, urban audience, merging indulgence and innovation under the theme “Game. Taste. Enjoy.”
A coordinated TV campaign and influencer collaborations amplified the Arcade atmosphere online, turning the activation into a cross-channel experience with strong emotional resonance.
Local Quality – Global Energy
Produced in Goldach, Switzerland, Extrême stands for quality craftsmanship using Swiss cream and solar-powered production.
The new product line reflects Froneri’s commitment to sustainability, creativity and consumer connection across European markets.
Results & Outlook
The concept successfully combined sampling, storytelling and social reach – bringing the Extrême brand to life both offline and online.
Following the positive response in Switzerland and France, Froneri plans to explore further European roll-outs, establishing the Gaming Pop-up as a repeatable best-practice format for immersive ice cream activations.
