Our client, a major player in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure space, needed in-depth consumer insights to inform the expansion and optimization of their EV charging stations across Europe. The goal was to understand driver behaviour, preferences, and pain points related to EV charging usage in diverse urban and suburban locations.

Strategy

We launched a large-scale pan-European field research campaign, conducting in-person interviews at 80 EV charging station locations in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

Our trained field teams engaged directly with real EV users, gathering detailed feedback through structured interviews. To enhance speed and accuracy, we developed a custom online reporting portal where all data was captured and synced in real time—giving the client instant visibility into evolving trends and feedback.
